Graduation day of “Sabahın Gücü” development program

On the 1st of October, the next group of participants of the “Sabahın Gücü” (“Power of Tomorrow”) development program, implemented by STP Group of Companies, celebrated their graduation. It is worth noting that this program was the first of its kind in the country, created to enhance the professional development of students studying engineering disciplines in the field of industrial engineering. The program aims to support the development of the country’s youth, contribute to the policy of strengthening human resources and to prepare a new generation of engineers who will work in the industrial sector in line with modern standards and challenges.

Launched in 2023, the “Sabahın Gücü” development program has generated significant interest among young people. In 2023, 100 applications were submitted and 50 participants were selected. In the first half of the current academic year, more than 3,000 applications were received and 108 participants were admitted. During the training period, various sessions were organized to improve technical knowledge and to develop soft skills. A team of mentors from STP Group of Companies’ employees was formed to ensure the professional preparation of program participants.

Speaking at the event, STP Group of Companies’ Chief Human Resources Officer, Shola Aliyeva, emphasized that youth development is a priority for the organization: “Over the past four years, about 400 students have been trained as professional engineers. Through the “Sabahın Gücü” program, we aim to attract even more young people to this sector. At the same time, I would like to wish success to the winners of our other project — “Zərif Mühəndislər”, implemented jointly with the Azerbaijan Education Development Fund, which aims to encourage women to enter the field of industrial engineering.”
