Our profiles are produced on the most modern extrusion lines of Krauss Maffei Teeshnologies GmbH company and by molds and calibration equipment incorporating the latest technical achievements of Greiner Extrusion GmbH Company which provides the ideal smooth surface of the product.

The quality of manufactured profiles is provided by the original recipe mixture made by the German company IKA Innovative Kunststoffaufbereitung GmbH & Co. KG. In order to manufacture high quality products, we use chemical additives of world manufactures like PVC-Resin of the German company INEOS Vinyls Sales GmbH, DuPont International Operations Sarl, IKA Innovative Kunststoffaufbereitung GmbH & Co. KG. KG, Kaneka, Erciyes Micron. In particular, we would like to note that the S60 and S70 profiles produced by the STP PVC meet the standards of the European Commission for Environmental Protection because in the production, the lead  stabilizer has been replaced by an environmentally safe calcium-zinc combination.

Thus, the profile demonstrates a number of advantages, such as the environmental calcium-zinc stabilizer, allowing the surfaces of the STP PVC profile to remain white and shiny longer in all weather conditions.

The produced profile system meets the quality requirements for European window profiles and A class of the standard GOST 30673-99.

In modern time PVC profiles are the most optimal choice for building and reconstruction of buildings. PVC profiles have high maintenance characteristics. Compared to wooden and aluminum windows, they have several significant advantages. The price is lower.

Windowsill

PVC windowsills are also produced under STP Polymer brand alongside with other products. These windowsill arein shape of  multilayered profile. The width of the profile is 600 mm, the length is 6000 mm, and the thickness is 20 mm.

Increasing the thickness of the top surface increases the stability of the entire construction and ensures efficient distribution of the load on the cutting edge.

The windowsill, being reinforced with vertical partitions in the interior is exposed to all types of impacts (bending, blow, pressure, etc.).

Our company provides windowsills laminated with bands of German company Hornschuch. Besides, we present decorative protective bands manufactured by German company ELESGO based on acrylic resin, which is part of the latest achievements in this field.

Testing of PVC profiles

All of our laboratory experiments ultimately create us an opportunity to provide our customers with high quality products.

STP's Polymeric Products Plant owns a laboratory for quality control. All equipment required for verification of the produced profile in accordance with GOST exist here.

The requirements for PVC profiles are regulated by GOST 30673-99, these profiles fully meet the requirements of GOST and are confirmed by the results of the laboratory tests carried out.

We would like to inform you about a couple of tests carried out in our laboratory:

  • Checking the color and brightness The color and brightness of the profiles are checked with high precision equipment. Color indicators are compared to the benchmarks indicators and the extraction indicators are adjusted when the minimal difference from the benchmarks is generated.
  • Checking the strength of profiles welded joints The high quality of STP's polymer profiles allows them to ensure a good strength of weld joints. The strength of the weld joints is  2 times higher than the standard requirements. This indicator is very important for door and window manufacturers. The high strength of the welding joints prevents any damage that may arise during tightening of the doors and windows.
  • Verification of impact resistance A steel hammer with a weight of 1 kg is dropped onto profile example of pre-cooled to 20 °C from the height of 1.5 m. The test is carried out on 10 specimens, and failure to detect strong cracks and damages on the surface of the profile confirms that the sample has been tested successfully. When 9 out of 10 exams are successfully tested, the profile is given positive feedback. STP's Polymer profiles have successfully passed from these tests.
  • Verification of heat resistance The sample profile is primarily heated to the temperature of +150 °C in a heated cabinet and then cooled to room temperature. After that, a visual inspection is carried out to detect damage on the sample. Non-detecting any damage to STP's PVC profiles after heat resistance verification proves correctness of extrusion and absence of sheathed gaps within the profile. Failure in detecting such negative cases in our profiles shows that in future there will be no shortage in welding.
  • Checking the geometric parameters of the profile. According to the requirements of GOST 30673-99, more than 20 parameters of the profile must be kept under constant control. In practice, our specialists are constantly examining the thicknesses and intermediates of all walls.
