SANDWICH PANEL (POLYURETHANE, STONE WOOL (MINERAL WOOL))
Sandwich panels of enterprise differ by characteristics of high quality, perfect thermal insulation, easy installation and, longevity, high resistance to water and fire, acoustic insulation, resistance to corrosion. Exterior and partition walls are also used for roof covering in all climate zones. Longitudinal contour of upper and lower covers of wall and roof panels produced in Sandwich panels factory is trapezium-shaped.
The color of sandwich panel is taken from the "RAL" catalog depending on the customer's desire. Depending on whether the panels are roof or wall-mounted, the metal sheets are coated with isocyanate, polyol, pentane and catalyst. Polymer covered iron plates with thickness of 0,45-0,5 mm and width of 1090, 1150 and 1250 mm are used in the production of the products. In plant 306 m² polyurethane, 180 m² wall with stone wool per hour and roof sandwich panels are produced in production line set by “Krauss Maffei”, producer of meeting high standards equipments of Germany in this field. Density of polyurethane panels is 38÷42 kg/m³.
Stone wool panels produced by plant are especially used in buildings having a high risk of fire. Steel sheet being any size of width and color based on client's request are used during steel production. Generally width of panels is 1 m, length is 3÷15 m. Raw materials like high quality isocyanate, polyol, pentane and catalyst are used at the time of production of polyurethane sandwich panels. Currently, thickness of sandwich panels produced here is 50, 70, 100 mm.
