METAL TİLE, SUSPENDED CEILING AND METAL GAUZE

Metal tile (tile)

150 running meter metal tile (tile) per an hour is produced from steel sheet with 0,3-0,6 mm thickness in the production line installed on the basis of the Turkish made equipment. The product is proposed to the customers in 1170x2230 dimensions and colors depending on their wish.

Suspended ceiling

One of the special products provided by STP is the suspended ceiling. Suspended ceilings in the size of 0.7x600x600 mm are made of aluminum layer (semifinished) in he size of 0.7x63x63 here. It is possible to produce 120 m² suspended ceiling per an hour in the Chinese made machine tool.

Metal gauze

Metal gauze in 1.2 m width, 50x50 mm inner dimension and maximum up to 4 meter length is manufactured at the Sandwich Panels Plant. This product is made of semi-steel galvanized wires in 2.6-2.8 mm thickness and used in fencing and concrete casting. It is possible to produce 120 m² metal gauze per an hour in the Chinese made equipment.
