POLYCARBONATE
PROFILES

Polycarbonate profiles are designed especially for installation of honeycomb polycarbonate boards. Bending radius and thermal expansion factor of profiles match with those parameters of sheets.Polycarbonate profiles have very high durability with good light transmission and small weight and withstand the effects of ultraviolent rays.The connecting profiles are used in application of very long honeycomb coatings and in semi-dark roof coatings so that light beams can pass through joints of sheets. Profiles are coated with special outside protective coating in order to protect them from sun radiation rays.Advantages of polycarbonate profiles: light beams transmission at joints of of polycarbonate sheets; very light weight; easy bending and sealing coatings.

    • Unsplit connecting profiles, first of all, are used in small construction polycarbonatesheets– in constructions with less connection distances. This profile is ideal for connection of vertical polycarbonate profiles (office partitions, advertising boards, light boxes etc.).
    • These profiles provide quick and reliable connection of boards with frame and at the same time with each other. Profile consists of two parts: bottom - “base” and top- closing “cover”.
    • This type of polycarbonate profiles are designed for covering and sealing of ends of polycarbonate sheets. Covering profiles border the ends of polycarbonate sheets, protect them from break, bending and other deformations as well as eliminates condensate generated inside porosities. These profiles may also be used for bordering of ends of sheets made of other sharp (stiff) materials with appropriate thickness.
    • With 50 years of life cycle these panels are used for many purposes, especially in constructions of roofs. They are indispensable in terms of efficient use of sunlight and energy saving. Covering connections of polycarbonate panels provide their tight connection with sandwich panels and with each other.
