The facility is able to produce stepped, shoved, pinion shafts of different sizes. Our equipment has potential to produce cylindrical, conical, infinite screw, Novikov type, hypoid etc. gear wheels without any difficulties.

The factory is equipped with threading and polishing machine tools, test and measuring machines of GLEASON Company of the USA and Germany. Depending on the type of equipment, it is possible to carry out operations such as gearing and polishing in raw materials with  Ø1200mm; Ø800mm; Ø600mm; Ø400mm; Ø125 / 100mm (cylindrical) as well as Ø1000; Ø600; Ø275 (conical) sizes.
