Cast Fittings for PE 100 Pipes
General information
Cast-in fittings are produced by the method of pouring the polyethylene (PE100) into moulds under pressure and temperature. Fittings are used for changing the pipe system direction, equal distribution or for changing to other diameter.
Cast-in fittings are produced by the method of pouring the polyethylene (PE100) into molds under pressure and temperature. Fittings are used for changing the direction of pipe system, equal distribution or for changing to other diameter. The important advantage of these fittings is easy production and lower cost. They are installed by welding that decreases the financial expenses and eliminates additional expenses. PE 100 elbows of 63 - 315 mm diameter, flanges, crossovers, t-joints and closers are used in water and gas lines.
