Double-Layer Corrugated Pipes

General information

The double-layer pipes are resistant to physical, chemical and technical effects at the depths of 1–15 meters and at temperature range of -40 ºС /+90 ºС. At the same time, the corrugated pipes prolong the life cycle of engineering structures while minimizing the time loss for repair and maintenance of these structures.

Polymeric Products Plant produces a new type of double-layer polyethylene pipes. Heavy surface and light weight make them indispensable. These pipes ensure the safety of power and telecommunication lines.

The double-layer pipes withstand physical, chemical and technical effects at depth of 1–15 m and at temperature range of -40 ºС / +90 ºС. At the same time, the corrugated pipes extend the life cycle of engineering structures while minimizing the time loss for repair and maintenance of these structures. Depending on the area of application, the corrugated pipes manufactured in STP come in three color: red – for power transmission lines, blue – for telecommunication lines, black – for other purposes. The smooth inner surface minimizes the friction.

The advantages of the corrugated pipes manufactured in STP Polymeric Products Plant are following:
