The Metalworking Plant, which was commissioned in 2012, consists of metalworking, steelmaking and rolling mill zones. This enterprise produces D 12; 14; 16; 18; 20; 22; 25 armature.

The production process at the Metalworking Plant begins with the metalworking zone. Black metal is cut into certain sizes, and after weighing, sent to the steel shop. The pieces of black metal are sorted, collected in boxes, and sent to the melting zone. The melting zone has 7 induction furnaces. 3 of these furnaces are in working condition, and 3 are being kept on standby.

After melting, the metal is poured into the ladle and sent to a continuous-cast steel device, and steel billets 120x120 mm of models AT 400C; AT 500C; ГС 35C are made. The produced steel billets are collected into the methodic heating furnace of the rolling shop. The steel billets are heated up to 1250 C, and from the furnace are fed into the rolling mill and based on the order, the armature is produced.

The high-quality products of this plant, manufactured in accordance with GOST 34028-2016, are widely used in the construction industry.
