ОКК-ОККС

General information

A-DF2Y(ZN) / A-DF2Y(BN)2Y (ОКК/ОККС) type fiber optic cables with double sheath, a dielectric structural unit, aramid or fiber glass yarns for suspension on transmission line towers and power line pylons

STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF CABLE

Optical fibers are freely placed inside polymer tubes and interstice is filled with a hydrophobic gel. Polymer tubes are SZ stranded around a central-strength member. Interstice between stranded tubes is filled with hydrophobic gel and covered with PET tape. Cable core is internally sheathed with a polyethylene jacket. Reinforcing aramid yarns or glass fiber yarns and high-density polyethylene outer jacket are imposed on the cable core.
